You can pay for your order in three ways. Every page of the site is served over an encrypted (SSL) connection.
Card payments are processed by Banca Intesa’s NestPay service. We accept DinaCard, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
You pay directly on Banca Intesa’s secure servers: your card details are never available to us. If your bank supports it, payments are verified with 3-D Secure (Mastercard Identity Check, Visa Secure).
If you pay with a card issued abroad, your card is charged in your own currency at the conversion rate set by the card network, which we can’t know at the time of payment. Your bank may also charge a fee for payments abroad.
Choose bank transfer at checkout and the payment details are shown when you place your order. Include your order number in the payment reference so we can match it quickly. Your order ships once the transfer reaches our account, usually within 1 to 2 days. In Serbia you can also pay with a standard payment slip at any post office or bank.
If you pay from abroad, choose the option where you cover all transfer fees, so that the full amount of the order reaches us.
