Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment, and we try to ship orders received in the morning the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days at most. If an order can’t leave on time for any reason, we will contact you to explain and give you a precise date.
Orders are delivered by GLS courier, usually the next business day before 7 pm. If you need your parcel before noon, say so in the order notes at checkout and we’ll ship it with that option at no extra cost.
Delivery is free on orders of 5,000 RSD or more. Below that, delivery is a flat 450 RSD including VAT.
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
We deliver to Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia by PostExport. Delivery costs 5,000 RSD. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm everything with you.
Once you enter an address in one of these countries, prices are shown without Serbian VAT: you pay the VAT of your own country when the parcel arrives.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on the country and on how long customs take to process the parcel.
There should be no charges other than your local VAT. Serbia has a preferential customs agreement with the EU and with the other countries we deliver to, and every parcel travels with a commercial invoice stating that the garments are of Serbian origin and therefore exempt from customs duty.
Even so, customs officers in Croatia and North Macedonia have sometimes applied the non-preferential duty (10% in Croatia). We provide all the right documents, but we can’t control how they are read at the destination. If you have any question about this, contact us.
