Returns in Serbia

Under the Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Garments must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with the invoice. You don’t need to give a reason.

Print and fill in the form that applies and put it in the parcel with the garment:

• Return form (refund)
• Exchange form
• Excerpt from the Consumer Protection Law

The cost of sending the garment back is yours.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned garment, by the same means you paid:

• Card: refunded to the same card.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to your account.
• Bank transfer: refunded by bank transfer.

Exchanges

For an exchange, we send the replacement within 7 business days of receiving the returned garment.

Returns from other countries

Given the shipping cost and the export procedure, which a return would repeat in reverse, we unfortunately can’t accept returns from outside Serbia.
