We sew every Unwaver garment in our own workshop and check each one before it leaves. If something still isn’t right, we’ll put it right.
If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage or a quality problem, you can exchange it or get your money back within 14 days of delivery. Send the garment back to us with the exchange form or the return form, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Law apply in full. If a garment develops a fault that comes from how it was made, contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo, and we will tell you how we’ll handle it.
Normal wear, and damage from accidents or from care that doesn’t follow the garment’s label, aren’t covered — but most of it can be repaired. See Care and repair.
